Update from Chief Payson
North Yarmouth Fire & Rescue completed the Officer process in April. Officer's roles and responsibilities are being restructured. Each Officer will not have an individual company as in the past. Capt. Fort Mueller (503) will be assigned as the station Captain and float where needed. Lieutenant Sean Woodcock (505) will be assigned the apparatus in the lower bay (Tank 53, Service 54, and Engine 52). Lieutenant Nick Thibeault (506) will be assigned apparatus in the upper bay, the UTV, and the UTV trailer (B-57, E-51, T58-20, & U-58). Myself and the Per-diem members will be assigned A-56. I am pleased to announce that Nick Hutchins was promoted to the Training Officer Position. Lt. Hutchin's start date was Friday March 26th @ 08:00. Lt. Hutchins call sign will be Lt. 507.
The group will be meeting prior to the next department meeting to discuss company assignments. We will have any changes to companies posted by our next department meeting.
